Element 29 is a 190 unit mid-rise multi-family development on the peninsula in Charleston, SC. The project included a Mail and Leasing Area, Clubhouse, Game and Media, Business Loft, Club Kitchen, Fitness, Raised Pool Deck with Pool Pavilion, and support spaces. Shah Architecture served as the Interior Architect responsible for all amenity design, Architecture, Interiors, and Furnishing/FF&E.
